3FX | DarkRP – Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to "3FX | DarkRP". By accessing or playing on this server, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or interacting with "3FX | DarkRP", you confirm that you:

• Agree to follow all server rules and policies
• Understand that staff decisions are final
• Accept that these terms may change at any time without notice

2. Player Conduct

All players are expected to behave respectfully and follow server rules.

You may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff
• Use hate speech, slurs, or offensive language
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
• Use cheats, hacks, scripts, or third-party advantages
• Impersonate staff or other players
• Attempt to disrupt server stability or gameplay

Failure to comply may result in warnings, kicks, bans, or permanent removal.

3. In-Game Purchases & Donations

• All purchases (ranks, items, currency, etc.) are final and non-refundable
• No buying/selling in-game items for IRL Currency. If caught you will be punished
• Purchases do not grant immunity from rules or punishments
• Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban
• Server owners reserve the right to modify or remove paid content at any time

4. Staff Authority

• Staff members have the right to enforce rules at their discretion
• Punishments may include warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans
• Arguing or evading punishment may result in extended penalties
• Abuse of staff will not be tolerated

5. Data & Privacy

By playing on "3FX | DarkRP", you acknowledge that:

• The server may collect basic data (SteamID, IP address, playtime, etc.)
• Data is used for moderation, gameplay features, and server improvements
• Your data will not be sold, but may be shared with services required to operate the server

6. Server Availability

• We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access
• The server may be modified, reset, or shut down at any time
• Progress, items, or currency may be wiped without compensation

7. User Content

Any content you create or share on the server (names, builds, text, etc.):

• Must follow server rules
• Must not be offensive, illegal, or harmful
• May be removed without notice

8. Ban Appeals

• Players may appeal bans through official server channels (e.g., Discord or website)
• Submitting an appeal does not guarantee removal of punishment
• Alternate accounts used to bypass bans will be permanently banned

9. Liability

• "3FX | DarkRP" is provided “as is” with no warranties
• We are not responsible for:Loss of in-game items or progress
• Damages resulting from server use
• Player interactions or behavior

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this TOS at any time. Continued use of the server means you accept any changes.
